Summary

Unused credits purchased within the last 14 days can be refunded on request, provided no more than 10 credits have been consumed since the purchase. Once credits are consumed they are non-refundable. Free trial credits are not refundable.

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued via Stripe back to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Service issues

If you experienced a service outage or material defect that prevented you from using credits you paid for, we will investigate and either credit your wallet or refund the affected portion at our discretion. Reach out via the contact page with details.

Statutory rights

This policy is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws (in particular, the EU consumer right of withdrawal where it applies).
